What we do

HAICO is a dispatch tool for taxi and transfer operators. Drag a free vehicle onto the calendar to dispatch it. Bookings, drivers, vehicles and revenue are all in one tool. You can check it on your phone anytime, and your team can share the same dispatch board in real time.

Why we built HAICO

Many dispatch teams still run on Excel or a notepad: rewriting the sheet every morning, reshuffling times whenever a call comes in, and asking around to find out which version is the latest. We believe dispatch shouldn’t take this much work, so we made it as simple as a drag.
