Terms of Service

This English version is a translation provided for reference. If it differs from the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails.

Welcome to HAICO (the “Service”). These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of the Service about your use of the Service. By signing up for, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all of these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is an online management tool for taxi, transfer and other dispatch operations. It provides drag-and-drop dispatch scheduling, booking management, vehicle and driver lists, revenue totals, team collaboration, external sharing and other features. Features may be changed, added or removed as the Service is updated.

2. Accounts and registration

• You can sign up and sign in with an email address or a third-party account (such as Google).
• You must make sure your registration information is true and accurate, and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for any loss caused by failing to keep your credentials safe.
• You are responsible for all actions taken through your account and all data entered through it.

3. Fees and subscriptions

• The Service offers free features as well as a paid plan (Pro. Its internal plan code is team_paid, and it was formerly called the “Team plan”). The paid plan has two billing periods: monthly at ¥3,980/month and yearly at ¥39,800/year (Japanese yen, tax included).
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly billing renews automatically every month, and yearly billing every year. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. After you cancel, renewal stops at the end of the current period, and paid features remain available until then.
• If you switch from yearly to monthly billing in the billing portal, the change takes effect after the current period ends.
• Unless the law requires otherwise or we have agreed otherwise, fees already paid are in principle non-refundable. If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled immediately and the remaining period is not refunded.

4. User responsibilities and prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• break laws or regulations, or infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others;
• reverse engineer, gain unauthorized access to, interfere with or attack the Service;
• resell, bulk-scrape or otherwise misuse the Service without authorization;
• enter false information, or upload content that infringes the privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. Data and privacy

• To provide the Service, we collect and process the information you provide when you sign up (such as your email address) and the dispatch, booking and other business data you enter while using the Service.
• This data is used only to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data, and we do not disclose it to unrelated third parties without your consent (except when cooperating as required by law).
• Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with access controls. You stay in control of the business data you enter and can edit or delete it at any time.
• You can delete your account in account settings. After you do, we will delete or anonymize data relating to you within a reasonable period.

6. Changes to and interruption of the Service

We may change, suspend or end the Service for maintenance, upgrades, force majeure or other reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to give notice in advance.

7. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will fully meet your particular needs.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Please keep your own backups of important business data.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time and will publish the latest version on this page. If you continue to use the Service after a revision, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
