Create one for each audience: drivers see their schedule, notes and flight numbers, and customers see only the bookings you choose. Both show the booking type (airport pickup, airport drop-off and more), passengers, luggage and child seats, and can also show pickup and drop-off locations (hide them per link or per booking). An expiry is required (30 minutes by default, up to 30 days each time), and you can extend or revoke a link later. Amounts and customer names are hidden automatically, so links are safe to share outside your company (Pro).

Is HAICO free to use?

Yes. Sign-up is free, and you can start managing vehicles, drivers, bookings and your dispatch board right away.

Can I move over from an Excel dispatch sheet?

Yes. HAICO is a drag-and-drop dispatch board, so you leave behind manual entry in Excel, copy-paste mistakes and “which version is the latest?” confusion.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. When you’re out, the mobile-optimized view shows the day’s bookings and free vehicles.

What vehicles and businesses is it for?

Taxis, transfers, charter buses, rental cars, company cars and more. It suits anyone who wants to manage vehicles and bookings in one place.

Can independent taxi drivers and sole proprietors use it?

Yes. Small operators, such as independent taxis and small transfer businesses, can start for free.

Can I manage bookings and schedules too?

Yes. Dispatch, booking management, scheduling and even revenue totals all happen in one place.

Can I track shaken (vehicle inspection) and insurance expiry dates?

Yes (Pro feature). Register expiry dates for Shaken (vehicle inspection), voluntary insurance, maintenance and more. By default, admins are reminded 30 days ahead (adjustable per item) in the notification bell and on Home, and vehicles due soon are marked on the Vehicles · Drivers page. To renew, enter the new date and save.

Can I track mileage (odometer readings)?

Yes (Pro feature). Log odometer readings (total distance) for each vehicle, and HAICO totals overall and this month’s mileage automatically and shows daily, weekly and monthly trend charts. You can log a reading on the spot from your phone.

Can I record fares in other currencies?

Yes. Yen and RMB are available from the start, and admins can add others such as USD (up to 10). Choose the currency for each booking, and revenue is totaled separately by currency, with no conversion to yen.
